Thanks, Chrono. I need to re-read your post a few times to see if I have any follow up questions. There's a ton of stuff to digest. I'll do that in the next day or so. I'm currently sitting in the Houston airport, waiting for a flight, so I'm a little distracted.

Thanks again.

DOES THIS THREAD LOOK LIKE WE CARE ABOUT FURRY WARRIORS!!?

In all seriousness, here's what I know about fury warriors:

Dual-wielding white hit cap without Precision: 919 hit rating to remove the 28% miss rate.
Dual-wielding white hit cap with 3/3 Precision: 820 hit rating to remove the 25% miss rate.

Now, as for what they SHOULD be? This is something I dragged off EJ forums. In order of stats you want and how much you want them (http://elitistjerks.com/f81/t37462-fury ... readsheet/):

1st) Str - yes EVEN if you are NOT hit or expertise capped, gemming str is best for TG. I find it a bit hard to believe - but when 5 different math models seem to give me that result... I see no other way but to accept it.

2nd) Hit/Expertise until cap. Both around 90% of STR value - at naxx gear level.

3rd) Crit - definitely above other non STR stats

4th) Agility/haste/ArP - depending on gear i use the value of those 3 switches. Most common is Agility>ArP>Haste

5th) Hit - its WAY lower after the cap then other ones.

So to clarify: Strength is king (debatable, actually, but it's very important, along with hit), Hit/expertise is second up to the Titan Grip caps, and then crit...everything else is tertiary.

Pius: Update. Apparently that didn't take into account the new changes to titan's grip. The hit cap with precision for special attacks is down to 5 percent (4 percent with draenai). However, you still want to get at least 8 or 9 percent for smooth rage generation on your white hits.

ty. like winky, that is all latin. now i am going to go read on that website ( i have never seen it before) and try to figure out what numbers to shoot for, i think right now i have a ton of crit but only 300 hit (looking at my stats on the char sheet) never heard of the precision thing either.

edit:as of 2 days ago i had my build all messed up, switched that and my dps per second jumped up 500-600 per second.

here is my warrior if that thelps with suggestions.

Just checking over your armory, here are my suggestions:

Your character has just over 9% hit from hit rating ALONE. That's 12 percent with precision. It's just a bit higher than what you want. I suggesting getting rid of the hit gems (in your chest, belt and gun) and replace them with better ones. I've noticed that you frequently match the socket color and let me be the first to tell you, that isn't always best.

Your boots, legs and gloves all give pretty crappy or unnecessary bonuses (hit, hit and armor pen, respectively) so why not just socket them with pure strength? Or, if you want to get more rage, pure expertise. (both are red gems)

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS socket strength over attack power. ALWAYS. Strength is affected by blessing of kings (ap isn't). Str is also affected by a lot of talents, you just don't have any of those.

So in those places I mentioned, why not just forget about crit/stam/hit and go for pure str? I bet you'd see a difference.

Oh, I don't know, the gear looks fine. I was specifically speaking about the gems.
